The Dionex™ ICS-5000+ HPIC™ Foundational Theory eLearning course is an introduction to the general principles of ion chromatography. This course provides a review of the basic principles of chromatography and the history of the development of ion chromatography (IC) technology. The standard components of the IC system and how these facilitate the successful separation of analytes will be covered. Additional concepts discussed include:

• What is ion chromatography?
• A detailed description of the ion exchange process
• Effects of mobile & stationary phases
• Basic overview of Reagent-Free™ Ion Chromatography (RFIC™) technology

The Dionex™ ICS-5000+ HPIC™ basic operations conductivity detector with Chromeleon™ eLearning course will provide basic operational guidelines to run samples using a Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ICS-5000+ HPIC system with conductivity detection and an AS-AP sampler. This course will also provide a detailed step-by-step instruction checklist to install a new DRS 600 suppressor on your ion chromatography system. This course provides an overview, installation, operation, and troubleshooting guidelines for Reagent-Free™ Ion Chromatography (RFIC™) consumables often used in standard IC systems.
