3730/3730xl DNA Analyzer Sequencing Standards, BigDye™ Terminator v1.1 Applied Biosystems™

This kit contains four tubes of hsp69 standard sequence used for instrument and spectral calibrations. This material is used with the 3730, and 3730xl DNA Analyzers.

Dye Primer/Matrix Standards [5FAM™, JOE™, TAMRA™, and ROX™ dyes] Applied Biosystems™

This Dye Primer Matrix Standards are used to generate the multicomponent matrix required when analyzing 5-FAM™, JOE™, TAMRA™ and ROX™-labeled DNA fragments. The standard can be used for Dye Primer cycle Sequencing and Dye Primer Sequenase Sequencing and on the Applied Biosystems® 310, 3100⁄3100-Avant™ and 3130⁄XL Genetic Analyzers. The Data Collection Software for these instruments uses the multicomponent matrix to automatically analyze the four different colored fluorescent dye-labeled samples in a single capillary.

310 Genetic Analyzer Matrix Standards, BigDye™ Terminator v1.1 Applied Biosystems™

This kit contains a set of four standards used to generate a matrix file for the 310 Genetic Analyzer. Each tube contains a different fluorescent dye in solution, along with blue loading dye.

DS-36 Matrix Standard (Dye Set J6) Applied Biosystems™

The DS-36 Matrix Standard (Dye Set J6) is used to perform the spectral calibration required to analyze 6-FAM, VIC, NED, SID, TAZ, and LIZ dye-labeled DNA fragments on the Applied Biosystems SeqStudio, 3130, 3500, and 3730 series systems. The data collection software for these instruments uses the multi-component matrix to automatically analyze the 6 differently colored fluorescent dye-labeled samples in a single capillary. The DS-36 Matrix Standard (Dye Set J6) contains 6 specific sizes of a unique fluorescent dye label.

DS-02 Matrix Standard Kit for the 31xx, 3500/xl, and 3730/xl DNA Analyzers Applied Biosystems™

The dye-labeled oligonucleotides included in the Matrix Standard DS-02 set (dR110, dR6G, dTAMRA™, dROX™, and LIZ®) are used to generate the 'multicomponent matrix' required for the SNaPshot® Multiplex Kit. The Data Collection software utilizes the multicomponent matrix to automatically correct for the spectral overlap in samples labeled with DS-02 dyes. The kit consists of one tube of matrix standard which is sufficient for a minimum of eight array runs (on a 24 capillary) or two array runs (on a 96 capillary).

Matrix standards do not need to be run with every set of sample injections. The standard only needs to be run once in order to generate a matrix file which is then applied to samples run under similar conditions. 31xx, 3500, and SeqStudio™ Matrix Standards Kit, BigDye™ Terminator v1.1 Applied Biosystems™

This kit contains two tubes of standard used to generate a spectrum on the 31xx, 3500⁄XL, and SeqStudio genetic analyzers. Each tube contains a blend of four different colors of fluorescent dye-labeled DNA fragments suspended in 1X TE buffer.

310 Genetic Analyzer Matrix Standards, BigDye™ Terminator v3.1 Applied Biosystems™

This kit contains a set of four standards that can be used to generate a matrix file for the 310 Genetic Analyzer. Each tube contains a different fluorescent dye in solution, along with blue loading dye.

The dye-labeled oligonucleotides included in the Matrix Standard Set DS-33 [6-FAM™, VIC®, NED™, PET®, and LIZ®] are used to generate the "multi-component matrix" required for the ABI PRISM® 310 Genetic Analyzer under denaturing applications.

The 310 instrument Data Collection Software then utilizes the multicomponent matrix to automatically correct the spectral overlap in samples labeled with DS-33 dyes. Matrix standards do not need to be run with every set of sample injections. This set of five matrix standards only need to be run once to generate a matrix file which is then applied to samples run under similar conditions. This kit includes all of the consumables and accessories needed to perform an instrument qualification—install, operational, or/and performance. This kit is specific for the 3500xL Dx CS2 instrument and comes with a 50-cm 24-capillary array, POP-6™ polymer, and BigDye® Terminator v1.1 sequencing standard.
