Chromatograms show lower backgrounds and fewer interfering substances after cleanup using Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ Prep Sorbent Cartridges. Use these cartridges for post-extraction cleanup of organic contaminants from solid and semi-solid matrices typically obtained from environmental, biofuel, and food and beverage industries. As part of a workflow, Dionex ASE Prep Sorbent Cartridges can be used after extraction on the Dionex ASE Accelerated Solvent Extractor and before to GC, GC/MS and LC/MS analysis.

Dionex™ ASE™ Prep CR Thermo Scientific™

Designed for use with Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ Accelerated Solvent Extractor systems, Dionex ASE Prep CR Neutralizers neutralize strong mineral acids or bases that may have been used as a pretreatment for hydrolysis of solid samples. The cation-exchange resins are available in sodium (Na+) or hydrogen (H+) form, in 400g and 500g quantities.

Dionex™ ASE™ Prep MAP Thermo Scientific™

Designed for use with Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ Accelerated Solvent Extractor systems, this unique formulation of Dionex ASE Prep MAP Dispersant and Sorbent allows quick, effective water removal independent of the ionic strength of the sample matrix. The proprietary MAP polymer is a copolymer of an anionic and cationic monomer. It is a free-flowing white material and can be easily mixed with ASE Prep DE (diatomaceous earth) in a 1:1 ratio for optimum moisture removal under accelerated solvent extraction conditions.

Dionex™ ASE™ Prep DE Thermo Scientific™

Designed for use with Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ Accelerated Solvent Extractor systems, Dionex ASE Prep DE dispersant is pelletized diatomaceous earth that acts as a dispersant and drying agent. The material is mixed with the sample prior to adding the sample to an extraction cell. It can also be easily mixed with Dionex ASE Prep MAP in a 1:1 ratio for optimum moisture removal under accelerated solvent extraction conditions.
