Characterization of cardiomyocytes using the Human Cardiomyocyte ICC Kit

Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) were differentiated for 14 days using the PSC Cardiomyocyte Differentiation Kit (A25042SA). The Human Cardiomyocyte Immunocytochemistry Kit (A25973) was then used to stain NKX2.5 (red) and TNNT2/cTNT (green), with DAPI as a nuclear DNA stain (blue).
