SYBR® Gold Nucleic Acid Gel Stain.

A two-fold dilution series of HindIII-digested lambda DNA was separated by electrophoresis through an agarose gel and stained with SYBR® Gold Nucleic Acid Gel Stain (Cat. No. S11494). Gel staining was visualized using the Dark Reader transilluminator (Clare Chemical Research).
