Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human MIP-4 (CCL18). Anti-Human MIP-4 (CCL18) specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing an immobilized Human MIP-4 (CCL18) matrix.
Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human MIP-4 (CCL18) by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 µg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Human MIP-4 (CCL18) (500-P108Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human MIP-4 (CCL18).

Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-4 (MIP-4), also called CCL18, is a chemokine expressed in the lymph nodes, lungs, placenta and bone marrow. Although the MIP-4s receptor remains undetermined, MIP-4 is known to act as a chemoattractant for activated and non-activated T cells.
