ADCY10 Antibody (PA5-114825) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of ADCY10 in A549 cells. Samples were treated with PFA, permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked in 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), and incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-114825). Secondary staining was applied with mouse anti-beta tubulin (1 hr at 37°, AlexaFluor 594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red), AlexaFluor 488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) and DAPI.

Target Information
SAC belongs to a distinct class of mammalian adenylyl cyclase that is soluble and insensitive to G protein or forskolin regulation. It is localized in the cytoplasm and is thought to function as a general bicarbonate sensor throughout the body. It may also play an important role in the generation of cAMP in spermatozoa, implying possible roles in sperm maturation through the epididymis, capacitation, hypermotility, and/or the acrosome reaction.The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a distinct class of mammalian adenylyl cyclase that is soluble and insensitive to G protein or forskolin regulation.
