Immunocytochemistry analysis of ALAS2 in PC-3 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in ALAS2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143885) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human 293T whole cell, rat liver tissue, rat heart tissue, mouse liver tissue, mouse heart tissue. ICC/IF: PC-3 cell. Flow: K562 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months.
