AMFR Antibody (PA5-78768) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of AMFR using anti-AMFR antibody (Product # PA5-78768) . AMFR was detected in an immunocytochemical section of T47D cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 5 μg/mL rabbit anti-AMFR antibody (Product # PA5-78768) overnight at 4°C. Target Information
Autocrine motility factor is a tumor motility-stimulating protein secreted by tumor cells. The protein encoded by this gene is a glycosylated transmembrane protein and a receptor for autocrine motility factor. The receptor, which shows some sequence similarity to tumor protein p53, is localized to the leading and trailing edges of carcinoma cells.
