Western blot analysis of ASC1 using A) 30 µg Neuro2A whole cell lysate (B) 30 µg GL261 whole cell lysate (C) 30 µg C8D30 whole cell lysate (D) 30 µg NIH-3T3 whole cell lysate (E) 30 µg BCL-1 whole cell lysate and F) 30µg Raw264.7 whole cell lysate. Samples were loaded onto a 7.5% SDS-PAGE gel and probed with an ASC1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-28305) at a dilution of 1:1000.

PA5-28305 targets ASC1 in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human and mouse samples.
The PA5-28305 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 192 and 515 of Human ASC1.
Transcription coactivator of nuclear receptors which functions in conjunction with CBP-p300 and SRC-1 and may play an important role in establishing distinct coactivator complexes under different cellular conditions. Plays a pivotal role in the transactivation of NF-kappa-B, SRF and AP1. Acts as a mediator of transrepression between nuclear receptor and either AP1 or NF-kappa-B. Plays a role in androgen receptor transactivation and in testicular function.
