Detection of human ASF by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 µg) from HEK293T, HeLa, A-549, Jurkat, and K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ASF antibody (Product # A302-052A lot 3) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
