ATIC Antibody (PA5-106931) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ATIC in human colorectal cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with ATIC polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106931) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
ATIC is a 5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase which helps catalyze the penultimate and final steps of the de novo purine biosynthetic pathway. The human ATIC cDNA encodes a deduced 591-amino acid protein that is 81% identical to the chicken sequence.
