Western blot analysis of ATRIP in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with ATRIP Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96590) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.

Target Information
ATRIP is an 86 kDa protein that is phosphorylated by ATR, regulates ATR expression, and is an essential component of the DNA damage checkpoint pathway. It localizes to the intranuclear foci after DNA damage or inhibition of replication.
