Western blot analysis of Acetyl-RFLAT-1 (Lys166) in Lane 1: HeLa whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 2: Jurkat whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 3: NIH-3T3 whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 4: PC12 whole cell lysate (40 µg). Samples were incubated with Acetyl-RFLAT-1 (Lys166) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-76014) at a dilution of 1:500.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 96% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
RANTES factor of late activated T-lymphocytes 1 (RFAT-1) represses transcription by binding to the BTE site, a GC-rich DNA element, in competition with the activator SP1. It also represses transcription by interacting with the corepressor Sin3A and HDAC1. Activates RANTES expression in T-cells. (Uniprot)
