BAZ1B Antibody (TA890102) in WB
Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 µg per lane) of wild-type Hela cells (WT, Cat# LC810HELA) and BAZ1B-Knockout Hela cells (KO, Cat# LC810282) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-BAZ1B monoclonal antibody TA890102, (1:500). Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-HSP90AB1 antibody (TA500494) as a loading control.

This gene is deleted in Williams-Beuren syndrome, a developmental disorder caused by deletion of multiple genes at 7q11.23.This gene encodes a member of the bromodomain protein family.
