CAPZB Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot using CAPZB Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-117833) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: HeLa Whole Cell Lysate, Lane B: 293T Whole Cell Lysate, Lane C: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate, Lane D: A431 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 31 kDa. Observed band size: 31 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

Primary antibody: CAPZB Polyclonal Antibody, at 1:100 dilution. Secondary antibody: Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) /HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 31 kDa. Observed band size: 31 kDa.

Target Information

CAPZB is a member of the F-actin capping protein family. This gene encodes the beta subunit of the barbed-end actin binding protein. The protein regulates growth of the actin filament by capping the barbed end of growing actin filaments.
