CENPI Antibody (PA5-100717) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded CENPI in human gastric tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with CENPI polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100717) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Target Information
A novel gene containing SNF2, PHD-finger, RING-finger, helicase, and linker histone domains termed SHPRH, is a possible candidate for a tumor suppressor gene. These domains are characteristic of several DNA repair proteins, transcription factors, and helicases. Mapping of this gene to 6q24, a region reported to contain a tumor suppressor locus suggests a role in tumor suppression.
