CESA4 Antibody (PA5-98563) in WB
Western Blot analysis of CESA4 using a CESA4 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98563). Positive WB detected in: Glycine max leaf tissue. All lanes: CESA4 antibody at 1:500. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:50,000 dilution. Observed band size: 120 kDa.

CESA4 is a catalytic subunit of cellulose synthase terminal complexes ('rosettes'), required for beta-1,4-glucan microfibril crystallization, and a major mechanism of the cell wall formation. It is involved in the secondary cell wall formation, and is required for the xylem cell wall thickening.
