CHMP4C Antibody (PA5-32050) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of CHMP4C was performed in HeLa cells fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min. Green: CHMP4C Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-32050) diluted at 1:500. Red: alpha Tubulin, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Target Information
CHMP4C belongs to the chromatin-modifying protein/charged multivesicular body protein (CHMP) family. These proteins are components of ESCRT-III (endosomal sorting complex required for transport III), a complex involved in degradation of surface receptor proteins and formation of endocytic multivesicular bodies (MVBs). Some CHMPs have both nuclear and cytoplasmic/vesicular distributions, and one such CHMP, CHMP1A, is required for both MVB formation and regulation of cell cycle progression.
