CLASP1 Antibody (A302-085A) in IP
Detection of human CLASP1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CLASP1 antibody (Product # A302-085A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. CLASP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CLASP1 antibody A302-086A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CLASP1, A302-086A was used at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
