CSGALNACT1 Antibody (PA5-24847) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CSGALNACT1 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human prostate carcinoma. Samples were incubated with CSGALNACT1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-24847) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Target Information
CSGALNACT1 transfers 1,4-N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) from UDP-GalNAc to the non-reducing end of glucuronic acid (GlcUA). CSGALNACT1 required for addition of the first GalNAc to the core tetrasaccharide linker and for elongation of chondroitin chains. CSGALNACT1 is important role in chondroitin chain biosynthesis in cartilage.
