Complement Factor B Antibody (PA5-106888) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Complement Factor B in human gastric cancer and adjacent normal tissues. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with Complement Factor B polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106888) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
Factor B is a component of the alternative complement pathway. The protein is a single chain polypeptide with a molecular mass of 93 kDa. Factor B is cleaved by factor D into the Ba component (30 kDa) and the Bb (63 kDa). Bb together with C3b forms the alternative pathway C3 convertase C3bBb.
