Western blot detection of DIAPH2 in 20µg of HEK293 cell lysate. Samples were run on a SDS-PAGE and probed using a DIAPH2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-31027) at a dilution of 1:500 and detected using an HRP-labeled Goat anti-Rabbit IgG f secondary at an A dilution of 1:5000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Chemiluminescence was used at a 1 min exposure time.
