DNA Ligase I Antibody (PA5-102499) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded DNA Ligase I in rat brain tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with DNA Ligase I polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102499) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is involved in the synthesis of asparagine. This gene complements a mutation in the temperature-sensitive hamster mutant ts11, which blocks progression through the G1 phase of the cell cycle at nonpermissive temperature. There are three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein described for this gene.
