Immunohistochemistry analysis of Dopamine Transporter in paraffin-embedded rat brain. Samples were incubated with Dopamine Transporter Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110392) using a dilution of 1:200 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target Information
The Dopamine Transporter (DAT) is responsible for the reaccumulation of dopamine after it has been released.
