ENTPD6 Antibody (PA5-90599) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ENTPD6 in paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma. Samples were incubated with ENTPD6 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-90599) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target Information
ENTPD6 is similar to E-type nucleotidases (NTPases). NTPases, such as CD39, mediate catabolism of extracellular nucleotides. ENTPD6 contains 4 apyrase-conserved regions which are characteristic of NTPases. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
