EPOR Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded rat brain tissue labeled with Anti-EPOR Polyclonal Antibody (bs-1424R), Unconjugated at 1:100 followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody, (SP-0023), and DAB staining.

EPOR Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Human K562 Cell lysate (30 µg), probed with EPOR Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1424R) at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C. Followed by incubation with secondary antibody at 1:20000 for 90 min at 37C.

EPOR Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Human K562 Cell lysate (30 µg), probed with EPOR Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-1424R) at 1:300 overnight at 4°C. Followed by incubation with secondary antibody at 1:20000 for 90 min at 37C.

EPOR Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Human Molt-4 Cells were fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10 min). The cells were washed twice with 1X PBS and then incubated in 1X PBS containing 0.5% BSA + 10% goat serum (15 min) to block non-specific protein-protein interactions. Followed by incubation with EPOR Polyclonal Antibody, FITC Conjugated (bs-1424R-FITC) at 1 µg/1x10^6 cells for 30 min on ice. Primary antibody staining (green) was compared to Isotype Control (orange) and unstained cells (blue).

Target Information

Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Receptor (EPO R) is a type I membrane-spanning protein, expressed in a mouse myeloma cell line, NSO. This product is produced from a cDNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of the EPO receptor. The 225 amino acid residue mature recombinant soluble EPO receptor, generated after cleavage of a 25 amino acid residue signal peptide, has predicted molecular mass of approximately 25 kDa.
