Western blot was performed using Anti-EZH1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-41114) and a ~90 kDa band corresponding to Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase EZH1 was observed along with few uncharacterised band (*) in the range of 80 kDa to 20 kDa across cell lines tested. Target Information
EZH1 is a component of a noncanonical Polycomb repressive complex-2 (PRC2) that mediates methylation of histone H3 lys27 (H3K27) and functions in the maintenance of embryonic stem cell pluripotency and plasticity (Shen et al., 2008 ).
