          FBXO9 Antibody (PA5-23474) in ICC/IF

Immunocytochemistry analysis of FBXO9 in HeLa cells. Samples were incubated with FBXO9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23474) using a dilution of 1:100 followed by Dylight 488 - conjugated secondary antibody (Green). Alpha tubulin and nuclei were counterstained against Dylight 568 (Red) and DAPI (Blue), respectively. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

Immunogen sequence homology: 100% homologous to most ape species, most monkey species (95%).

          Target Information

FBXO9 (F-box protein 9) is a Ubl conjugation pathway protein and it contains one F-box domain and one TPR repeat. FBXO9 may act as a potential sepsis biomarker or therapeutic target. The F-box proteins constitute one of the four subunits of the ubiquitin protein ligase complex called SCFs (SKP1-cullin-F-box), which functions in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination.
