FKBPL Antibody (A302-603A) in IP
Detection of human FKBPL by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FKBPL antibody (Product # A302-603A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. FKBPL was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-FKBPL antibody BL9369, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated FKBPL, BL9369 was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene has similarity to the immunophilin protein family, which play a role in immunoregulation and basic cellular processes involving protein folding and trafficking. The encoded protein is thought to have a potential role in the induced radioresistance. Also it appears to have some involvement in the control of the cell cycle.
