IDE Antibody (CF811776) in WB
Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 µg per lane) of wild-type Hela cells (WT, Cat# LC810HELA) and IDE-Knockout Hela cells (KO, Cat# LC810111) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-IDE monoclonal antibody TA811776. Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-HSP90AB1 antibody (TA500494) as a loading control. (1:200)

Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO, 0.5 mL, Product # 89882)
Target Information
This gene may belong to a protease family responsible for intercellular peptide signalling. Though its role in the cellular processing of insulin has not yet been defined, insulin-degrading enzyme is thought to be involved in the termination of the insulin response.
