INPPL1 Antibody (BS-7048R) in IHC (P)
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded mouse brain; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 30 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 20min; Antibody incubation with INPPL1 Polyclonal Antibody (bs-7048R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary and DAB staining.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is an SH2-containing 5'-inositol phosphatase that is involved in the regulation of insulin function. The encoded protein also plays a role in the regulation of epidermal growth factor receptor turnover and actin remodeling. Additionally, this gene supports metastatic growth in breast cancer and is a valuable biomarker for breast cancer.
