JMJD2A Antibody (PA5-85519) in WB
Western Blot using JMJD2A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85519). HeLa whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 µg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with JMJD2A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85519) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Target Information
JMJD2A is a member of the Jumonji domain 2 (JMJD2) family and a protein containing a JmjN domain, a JmjC domain, a JD2H domain, two TUDOR domains, and two PHD-type zinc fingers. This protein functions as a trimethylation-specific demethylase, converting specific trimethylated histone residues to the dimethylated form, and as a transcriptional repressor.
