PA1-5828 detects LAP2 alpha in human, rat and mouse samples.
PA1-5828 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunofluorescence procedures.
The PA1-5828 immunogen is recombinant LAP2a C terminus (188-693).
LAP2A (Lamina-associated polypeptide 2, isoform alpha) is involved in the structural organization of the nucleus and in the post-mitotic nuclear assembly. It plays an important role in the nuclear anchorage of RB1.
