Immunofluorescence analysis of LAP2 was performed using HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Target Information
LAP2A (Lamina-associated polypeptide 2, isoform alpha) is involved in the structural organization of the nucleus and in the post-mitotic nuclear assembly. It plays an important role in the nuclear anchorage of RB1.
