LDHC Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using LDHC antibody 19989-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IGG (red).

LDHC Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 19989-1-AP (LDHC-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 40x lens) heat mediated antigen retrieved with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9).

LDHC Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19989-1-AP (LDHC-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

LDHC Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-LDHC-Specific (IP:19989-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:19989-1-AP 1:500) with mouse testis tissue lysate 2400ug.

The antibody has no cross reaction with LDHA and LDHB.

Target Information

Lactate dehydrogenase C catalyzes the conversion of L-lactate and NAD to pyruvate and NADH in the final step of anaerobic glycolysis. LDHC is testis-specific and belongs to the lactate dehydrogenase family. Two transcript variants have been detected which differ in the 5' untranslated region.
