LXN Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — **Detection of human LXN by western blot of immunoprecipitates.** *Samples:* Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. *Antibodies:* Affinity purified rabbit anti-LXN antibody A305-774A-M (lot A305-774A-M-1) used for IP at 8 µl per reaction. LXN was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-LXN antibody BL23316. For blotting immunoprecipitated LXN, A305-774A-M was used at 1:1000. *Detection:* Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
