          HSP90 Antibody (MA5-45157) in IHC (PFA)

          Immunohistochemistry analysis using inflamed colon. Fixation involved formalin. Samples were incubated with Hsp90 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-45157) at 1:100,000 for 12 hours at 4°C, followed by Biotin Goat Anti-Mouse at 1:2,000 for 1 hour at RT.           2 µg/mL was sufficient for detection of HSP90 alpha in 20 µg of heat shocked HeLa cell lysate as well as in 100 ng of human HSP90 alpha protein by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary.|Recognizes 90kDa.approximately Can isolate complexes of HSP90, Src kinase and cec37.

          Target Information

          HSP90 proteins are highly conserved molecular chaperones that have key roles in signal transduction, protein folding, protein degradation, and morphologic evolution. HSP90 proteins normally associate with other cochaperones and play important roles in folding newly synthesized proteins or stabilizing and refolding denatured proteins after stress. There are 2 major cytosolic HSP90 proteins, HSP90AA1, an inducible form, and HSP90AB1 and mitochondria (Chen et al., 2005 ).
