MAD2L2 Antibody (PA5-49352) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of MAD2L2 in HeLa cells. Samples were incubated with MAD2L2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49352) using a dilution of 1:25 followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG at a dilution of 1:400 (green). Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor® 555 conjugated with Phalloidin (red).

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a component of the mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint that prevents the onset of anaphase until all chromosomes are properly aligned at the metaphase plate. The encoded protein, which is similar to MAD2L1, is capable of interacting with ADAM9, ADAM15, REV1, and REV3 proteins.
