The MIP0101 immunogen is human Seminal Fluid PAP.
MIP0101 detects Prostatic Acid Phosphatase which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
MIP0101 was formerly sold as a Seradyn product.
Target Information
ACPP is an enzyme which catalyzes the conversion of orthophosphoric monoester to alcohol and orthophosphate. It is synthesized under androgen regulation and is secreted by the epithelial cells of the prostate gland.
