Moesin Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using MSN antibody 16495-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IGG (red).

Target Information

Moesin, a member of the talin-4. 1 superfamily, is a linking protein of the submembraneous actin cytoskeleton. It is expressed in macrophages, lymphocytes, fibroblastic, endothelial, epithelial, and neuronal cell lines but not in blood cells. It is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and organization of cell surface structures.
