NETO2 Antibody (PA5-48040) in IP
Immunoprecipitation of NETO2 was performed using mouse brain tissue. Antigen-antibody complexes were formed by incubating 500 µg lysates of mouse brain tissue with NETO2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48040) for 8 hours at 2‚8 °C using a dilution of 1‚2 µg/mL. NETO2-antibody complexes were absorbed using Protein G. Immunoprecipitated NETO2 was detected by Western blot using 1 µg/mL Goat Anti-Human/Mouse NETO2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody.

Target Information
NETO2 is a predicted transmembrane protein containing two extracellular CUB domains followed by a low-density lipoprotein class A (LDLa) domain. It also has an intracellular FXNPXY-like motif, which has been shown in other proteins to be essential for the internalization of clathrin coated pits during endocytosis.This gene encodes a predicted transmembrane protein containing two extracellular CUB domains followed by a low-density lipoprotein class A (LDLa) domain.
