In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse NKp46 (MAR-1) is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) NKp30, rhNKp44, and rhNKp80 is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
NKp46 (CD335, NCR1, ) is a cytotoxicity-activating receptor that may contribute to the increased efficiency of activated natural killer (NK) cells to mediate tumor cell lysis. NKp46 consists of two Ig-like domains assembled to leukocyte immunoglobulin-like (LIR) and killer inhibitory receptors (KIR).
