NRBF2 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) — **Detection of human NRBF2 by immunohistochemistry.** *Sample:* FFPE section of human breast carcinoma. *Antibody:* Affinity purified rabbit anti- NRBF2 (Cat. No. A301-851A Lot1) used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1µg/ml). *Detection:* DAB.

NRBF2 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — **Detection of human NRBF2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates.** *Samples:* Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. *Antibodies:* Affinity purified rabbit anti-NRBF2 antibody A301-851A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. NRBF2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NRBF2 antibody A301-852A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated NRBF2, A301-852A was used at 1 µg/ml. *Detection:* Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Target Information

NRBF2 (nuclear receptor-binding factor 2) modulates transcriptional activation by target nuclear receptors. It is involved in starvation-induced autophagy probably by its association with PI3K complex I (PI3KC3-C1). NRBF2 stabilizes the PI3KC3-C1 assembly and enhances ATG14-linked lipid kinase activity of PIK3C3.
