PA1-32451 detects NuMA from mammal, human samples.
PA1-32451 has been successfully used in immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, Western blot applications.
The PA1-32451 immunogen is: Full-length recombinant human NuMA expressed in insect Sf9 cells using baculovirus expression system, then purified to near homogeneity prior to immunization.
NuMA (Nuclear Mitotic Apparatus Protein) is an intranuclear protein and present in nucleus during interphase. At the onset of mitosis, it redistributes from the nucleus to two centrosomal structures that later will become part of the mitotic spindle pole.
