Western blot analysis of PDCD7 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with PDCD7 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-88369) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.

Target Information
PDCD7 is a protein with sequence similarity to a mouse protein originally identified in embryonic stem cells. In mouse T-cell lines, this protein appears to be related to glucocorticoid- and staurine-induced apoptotic pathways, and to be linked to ceramide-mediated signaling. These observations suggest that this gene product is involved in specific apoptotic processes in T-cells. This gene encodes a protein with sequence similarity to a mouse protein originally identified in embryonic stem cells. In mouse T-cell lines, this protein appears to be related to glucocorticoid- and staurine-induced apoptotic pathways, and to be linked to ceramide-mediated signaling.
