PIAS2 Antibody (PA5-96376) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of PIAS2 in paraffin-embedded mouse brain. Samples were incubated with PIAS2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96376) using a dilution of 1:20 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target Information
This gene encodes a protein involved in the regulation of transcription factors involved in MAP kinase signaling. The symbol MIZ1 has also been associated with ZBTB17 which is a different gene located on chromosome 1. Two alternatively spliced transcripts encoding different isoforms have been described.
