PIBF Antibody (A301-155A) in IP
Detection of human PIBF1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PIBF1 antibody (Product # A301-155A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. PIBF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PIBF1 antibody A301-156A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PIBF1, A301-156A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
