Western blot analysis of PMS2 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with PMS2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-93306) using a dilution of 1:2,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 180s.

PMS1 protein homologue 2 (PMS2) is a DNA mismatch repair protein. Defects in PMS2 are a cause of hereditary non-polyposis cancer (HNPCC). Human PMS2 is an amino acid protein of 862 amino acids.
