POLDIP3 Antibody (A303-710A) in IP
Detection of human POLDIP3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-POLDIP3 antibody (Product # A303-710A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. POLDIP3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-POLDIP3 antibody A303-711A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated POLDIP3, A303-711A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Target Information
This gene encodes a protein that interacts with the DNA polymerase delta p50 subunit. This protein is a specific target of S6 kinase 1 and regulates cell growth. Two transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms have been identified.
