PRDM14 Antibody (PA5-47820) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of PRDM14 in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells. Samples were incubated in PRDM14 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47820) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 493-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (green, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to nuclei.

Target Information
PRDM14 encodes a member of the PRDI-BF1 and RIZ homology domain containing (PRDM) family of transcriptional regulators. The encoded protein may possess histone methyltransferase activity and plays a critical role in cell pluripotency by suppressing the expression of differentiation marker genes. Expression of this gene may play a role in breast cancer.
